Manager/Owner Pierre Goder has fulfilled his life long dream of owning his own restaurant when he took over the Oyster Seafood Restaurant (formerly Bozzies ) in July 2006.  Pierre has worked at The Regent (now Sofitel) Florentino’s, Browns and overseas for Arman Resorts in Bora Bora and Tahiti.  Pierre is driven by providing his guest's with a truly memorable dining experience.  Since taking over in July he already has a reputation for excellence in service and wonderful food.
